The Brandenburg State Environmental Agency maintains a database of all properties in the State of Brandenburg for which a right of first refusal exists in accordance with Section 69 of the Brandenburg Nature Conservation Act. The notaries were to be provided with an application that enables the online inspection of a property.
In the course of redesigning the website of the Brandenburg Chamber of Notaries, a new location for the pre-emption right query was sought and found at the Federal Chamber of Notaries, so that it is now automatically available to all notaries with access to the notary network.
Westernacher Solutions was commissioned to put the application on a new technological footing.
In terms of content, the query process remained virtually unchanged. The positive list of properties in the state of Brandenburg for which a pre-emptive right exists in accordance with Section 69 of the Brandenburg Nature Conservation Act is searched for the characteristics of the district, parcel number and parcel number and either information on an existing pre-emptive right or negative information is provided.
The user interface was designed to be user-friendly, so that only cautious adjustments were made for a contemporary presentation.
