Our contribution to democracy and justice:

A functioning constitutional state is the basis of every democracy. Digital solutions enable faster and more efficient processes – for example through the digitalization of court proceedings and the secure exchange of sensitive data. At the same time, we are facing major challenges: Overburdened courts and lengthy proceedings often lead to citizens shying away from legal action. Trust in the justice system suffers. This is where we come in by developing IT solutions that speed up and simplify processes, for example by processing similar cases more quickly.

Cooperation with various stakeholders:

The digitalization of the justice system is a joint project with many stakeholders. We are working closely with chamber organizations, ministries and authorities to define standards and interfaces that ensure interoperability and efficiency. It is particularly important to avoid the fragmentation that can result from federal structures. Our solutions can also often be transferred to other areas of public administration, as they are designed for the secure handling of sensitive data – whether in the judiciary, healthcare or administration.

Our work for law firms and notary’s offices:

In addition to public partners, we also serve the “free economy” of the judiciary, including law firms, notary’s offices and corporate legal departments. With our notary software NOAH, the archiving tool FYDLOX and the recently acquired platform JustinLegal, we offer practical solutions that solve real problems. JustinLegal is the first AI-supported solution in this area to enable legally compliant research, the preparation of legal briefs and the automated creation of summaries and recommendations for action.

Technological progress and new dynamics:

Digitalization in law firms and legal departments has gained significant momentum in recent years. Cloud solutions and specialized digital tools have increased efficiency and improved access to legal services. More and more law firms are also relying on digital solutions to facilitate collaboration with their clients – for example when communicating or exchanging documents. Our aim with Westernacher Solutions is to develop innovative IT solutions that are not only technically impressive, but also solve real problems in practice.
